Absolutely not! We provide a safe environment where all interactions with horses will be on the ground and with a qualified horse handler present at all times. Our priority is to ensure the well-being of both participants and horses, so every session is closely supervised for everyone's safety.

As this is an outdoor activity, please dress for the weather. Bring a jacket if it’s cold, raincoat if it’s wet or a hat if it’s sunny, and wear appropriate footwear such as closed‑toe shoes, as you’ll be around animals.
60-minute sessions are $150 + GST if you are not an NDIS participant
Unfortunately we do not offer mental health plans funded by Medicare
We are happy to work with NDIS Self Managed Clients and NDIS Plan Managed Clients. Please do not hesitate to contact to discuss how this works.
Our services are highly sought after, and in order to ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve, we have implemented a cancellation policy. This policy allows us to offer available time slots to others when cancellations occur, helping us to maintain efficiency and fairness for all.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled session will incur a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.
For cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no penalty, and your appointment can be rescheduled at your convenience. In the event of unexpected emergencies or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly so we can discuss possible solutions.
